  • Shipping & Delivery

  • For U.S. based shipments, we process and deliver in-stock items within three to five (3-5) business days. If items are not in stock we will notify you upon ordering and delivery can take up to four (4) weeks. If you absolutely need your delivery the next business day (for "in-stock" items) please contact us and we will do all we can to insure next business day delivery. We do ship internationally and require a few extra days for shipping requirements, in-stock item generally ship within five to seven (5-7) business days.



  • Return Policy

  • Onzie is proud to provide you with a quality product. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise please contact us via e-mail at info@theonzie.com or by phone at 424.259.3052. You will need to request a return merchandise authorization code (RA#). Credits and exchanges cannot be processed without an RA#. Important: an RA# number must be requested within ten (10) days of the order ship date. Thereafter, all sales are final. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid unless other arrangements have been made. Returned merchandise must be returned in excellent unworn condition including all hangtags and original packaging.
